Jacky Tauvry

這位年僅 30 歲、於英國土生土長的大廚獲任命為兩星米芝蓮餐廳 Pierre 的新任行政總廚。 

Jacky 大廚繼承了其導師 Jean-Denis Le Bras 大廚的職位,擔當起領導獲獎肯定烹飪團隊的角色,繼續為賓客帶來美味的菜餚、新鮮的時令食材,並繼續提供香港最受歡迎大廚之一的創新及創意佳餚。 

Jacky 大廚與 Pierre Gagnaire 合作多年,經驗豐富,更曾於 2008 年至 2012 年期間在廣受歡迎的巴黎米芝蓮三星餐廳 Pierre Gagnaire 工作,之後於 2012 年前往香港 Pierre 餐廳擔任副總廚。他在這裡與 Jean-Denis 大廚攜手合力炮製各式美食,成為領導 Pierre 烹飪團隊的最佳人選。 

Jacky 大廚的靈感來自他對藝術的熱愛,他常常遊覽世界各地的博物館和藝術館。他就是透過這種對藝術的熱誠,將 Pierre Gagnaire 的藝術設計與創新菜餚融會貫通,令賓客光臨 Pierre 餐廳後禁不住一嚐再嚐。

Hard to beat!

The accommodation was wonderful; the dinner at 2* Michelin restaurant Pierre was absolutely stunning, following sampling of Champagne at M Bar. The courtesy of all the staff and Maitre was exceptional. What more can I say? Only that we will be back again
